It's only been 2 weeks so jury is still out on longevity which was my top concern. Big pro for me is the automatic soap dispenser. Clothes come out cleaner than my old top load. The app is convenient to let you know when clothes are done. My other top concern was the increased incidence of mold/mildew forming on gasket over time. The microban should help w/ this along w leaving door open when not in use. Only con so far is that the venting process takes a looong time to complete- like overnight long.

I love my wash machine that I just purchased because of the doors we can switch from either side it work works very well in my laundry room
