doesn't dry completely in acudry (med) setting..

Doesn’t dry well. Not sure but that the heating element is not working. Need to call for assistance. The dryer I had was working well but the start button had disappeared, and, since it was old, decided to update rather than spend $100 for repair only to have it die in a few months. So, at this point, not too happy with this machine
