Missing the 3 screws and washer

I'm extremely annoyed with GE. The package I received already had the end torn off. Inside was a paper insert that clearly stated the kit should include the screws and washer. The 3rd photo on this product page also clearly shows the hub with 3 screws and washer. There were no screws and washer in the plastic package. It was just the spray arm and the hub. How am I supposed to attach them?
