i bought a dishwasher model GDF640HGM0WW ABOUT 15 MONTHS AGO. About 6 inch long black plastic holders for the sliders of 3rd rack were fixed at the top with only one screw on each side of the body whereas they should been fixed with two screws on each side. So, two screws were missing when manufactured. As a resuld one holder with slider fell of making it impossible to slide the rack in and out. A FACTORY DEFECT!

The 3rd rack is a must have for anyone looking to upgrade the loading flexibility options in their GE dishwasher. Also the GE 3rd rack has the easiest installation process I have ever come across.

I purchased this accessory kit for my GE dishwasher and was glad I did so. Very easy to install and the extra rack is super useful. Great place to stick those spatulas and lids that fall through the upper rack. Definitely recommend!
