    Terrible design

    Awful design. They break way to easy. Only lasted a few months and I find out they cost over $16 a piece and I need two. Plus you are out of stock.

    WB08T10021 on this site has a looped connector which will not work in the JT955S0F1SS. However, the GE store on Amazon and search for the same part number, it brings up a bulb with a G8 (two pins - not looped) base. Same issue as everyone has had for three years. Thanks to the other customers for your help!!! Without you, I would have continued to blame myself...something that GE clearly does not struggle with!

    This is the wrong bulb for my JT915S0F1SS oven, despite the parts diagram and a phone discussion with a customer rep. The socket requires a G6.35 bulb (straight pins), not the G9 (looped pins) specified in the diagram and by the rep. I discovered multiple reviews saying the same thing after receiving the replacement. Was able to order a bulb that fits from Amazon, interesting that it has the same part number as this one. GE said they would correct this on a previous review but has not done so.

    This website needs to be updated - please do not buy this replacement oven light for model# JTP56S0D1SS - a 2 pin halogen light is required not the ear looped WB08T10021
