GE® Required 30" Built-In Trim Kit JX7230SLSS

I'm very disappointed with GE Appliances. I purchased 2 GE built in ovens model # JTS5000SNSS and model # JTS3000SNSS and a GE built in Microwave Model # PEB7227AN4DD with Trim Kit # JX7230SL33 in January 2022. I Am unable to install any of it because the Trim Kit is on back order. I was promised the Trim Kit March 10,2022. I have called and spoken with GE Customer Service multiple times and they offer no information at all, Very Sad, I'm stuck with GE Appliances that can not be returned, even though they are still in the box, because I am now outside a 30 day return limit. I thought GE was a better company, but I guess I was wrong. I thought I could at least get a estimated ETA, but I was wrong. Please forward this complaint to someone in GE that truly cares about the Future of GE Appliances. Thank You.

With some experience, one can install. One to make sure about correct combination of microwave & TRIM kit.

Brand new and bought it 3 years ago. 6 months after purchase, stopped working and GE has to replace it with a new one because they don’t have a part. After 2 years, the replaces unit also stopped working and I have to buy new microwave
