I had the smaller unit (7500) that had a circuit board failure. The rep I talked to handled my claim expertly. With the GE replacement process I decided to go ahead and replace with an upgrade to the (10,500) unit.

This unit performs as advertised and although I had a defective part the issue was satisfactorily resolved. Although I intended for it to be used off a generator during storm power outages it's been doing an outstanding job keeping an inclosed sun room at the set temperature. Also, there has been no need to drain it as the evaporator has taken care of the condensation build up, I recommend the quality of the product.
