Portable AC Window Replacement Kit

It comes with basic parts (per site pictures) and a bag of metal clips and screws. No instructions. No instructions on website. No, I'm not waiting another 4 weeks for a service tech to come install it after waiting 4 weeks for parts. No, I'm not paying for that Lackluster experience. There are 2 locking knobs to hold the sliders. They face the wrong way and hold everything closed. I am prepared to cut a hole in side of house and install a dryer vent myself. Going to tackle installing parts as best I can first.

The parts are cheap plastic that fall apart. You could have used a good solid pvc material that is flexible yet durable. This is not.

Purchased from Lowe’s they wouldn’t replace the part that was broken when we got it and we can’t purchase the replacement part for it really sad they wouldn’t refund my money and now we have a air conditioner that my elderly mom can’t use angry at Lowe’s and General Electric
